Seitz Ross Expands Litigation Team with Addition of Anthony Rickey and Benjamin Schladweiler

Seitz Ross Aronstam & Moritz LLP is pleased to announce that the firm has expanded its corporate and IP litigation practices with the addition of Anthony A. Rickey and Benjamin Schladweiler, who join the firm as associates.

Anthony Rickey is a corporate and commercial litigator specializing in complex and expedited litigation of M&A and other business disputes.  Anthony previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Chancellor William B. Chandler III of the Delaware Court of Chancery, and practiced as an associate at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.  Anthony is a graduate of Columbia Law School and has a B.A. from Oxford.

Benjamin Schladweiler specializes in litigating intellectual property cases in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and other federal courts, with a focus on complex patent litigation, and also trademark and trade secret litigation.  Before joining Seitz Ross, Ben was an attorney in the intellectual property litigation department at Morris Nichols Arsht & Tunnell LLP.  Ben is a graduate of Temple University's Beasley School of Law, and holds a B.S. in Biochemistry from Minnesota State University and a Masters Degree in Public Health from Emory University's Rollins School of Public Health.
