Recognition

The Legal 500 US has once again recognized Ross Aronstam & Moritz LLP as one of the top firms nationwide for M&A litigation.  Known for its Court of Chancery litigation focus and expertise, the firm was described as “Delaware counsel of choice for a number of major corporations and national law firms.”

In addition to the firm generally, The Legal 500 again recognized several of its attorneys.  Brad Aronstam, Garrett Moritz and David Ross were recognized as “fixtures before the Court of Chancery.”  Brad and David were also identified as among the nation’s thirty “Leading Partners” for M&A litigation.

Mike Sirkin and Garrett Rice were also again recognized for their work, with Garrett again being identified as one of two “Next Generation Partners” in Delaware.

For more than 40 years, The Legal 500 has been analyzing law firms in the United States, with a comprehensive research program revised and updated every year to bring the most up-to-date vision of the global legal market.  The rankings are based on a series of criteria and highlight the practice area teams that are providing the most cutting edge and innovative guidance to corporate counsel.  Research is based on feedback from 300,000 clients worldwide, submissions from law firms and interviews with leading private practice lawyers, and a team of researchers who have unrivaled experience in the legal market.
