Careers

Ross Aronstam & Moritz recruits highly qualified candiates with a passion for Delaware corporate law, with most of our attorneys joining us after judicial clerkships, including for the Delaware Court of Chancery, the Delaware Supreme Court, and various federal circuit and district courts.

Hiring

We welcome applications from judicial clerks and law firm associates interested in joining our focused corporate and complex commercial litigation practice.  Our model of leanly staffing cases creates unique opportunities for associates to play significant substantive roles early in their careers.

The attorneys most likely to thrive here have a passion for Delaware corporate law, an eagerness to litigate and try complex cases, and exceptional academic records.  In addition, most of our attorneys are former judicial clerks, including for the Delaware Court of Chancery, the Delaware Supreme Court, and various federal circuit and district courts.

RAM's boutique size discourages hierarchy and encourages ideas to flow from the most senior partner to the most junior associate ... that's the reason I’m here."
-Kevin Rudolph, Associate

In addition to our commitment to attorneys’ professional development, we offer a compensation package that substantially exceeds prevailing rates in the Delaware market.
