The Legal 500 US Again Recognizes Ross Aronstam & Moritz And Its Lawyers As Among the Top Nationwide for M&A Litigation

The Legal 500 US has again recognized Ross Aronstam & Moritz LLP as one of the top firms nationwide for M&A litigation, making it one of only three Delaware firms to earn the honor.  Known for its “specialist focus on proceedings before the Court of Chancery,” including its ability to “lead its own high-profile matters,” the firm was recognized as “one of the top firms with excellent litigators who can take on any case involving the most complex and difficult issues of Delaware law.”
