Brad Aronstam and Mike Sirkin present at PLI's annual program Delaware Law Developments: What All Business Lawyers Need to Know
On March 30, 2026, Ross Aronstam & Moritz partners Brad Aronstam and Mike Sirkin presented at PLI’s Delaware Law Developments 2026: What All Business Lawyers Need to Know seminar in New York.
Brad, who again served as Co-Chair of the program, led the "Delaware Fiduciary Litigation Update” panel and discussed recent headline cases involving deal litigation developments, Caremark/oversight litigation developments, and aiding and abetting litigation developments.
Mike spoke on a panel called “Fiduciary Duties of Large Stockholders and Controller Liability Considerations,” which addressed the implications of recent amendments to the DGCL involving controlling stockholder transactions, and applications of those recent amendments to the facts of familiar cases.
