Chambers Again Ranks Firm As Band 1 for Court of Chancery Litigation and Recognizes Firm’s Attorneys As Leading Chancery Litigators and National Trial Lawyers
Chambers USA 2026, America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, has again recognized both Ross Aronstam & Moritz LLP and several of its lawyers as leading Court of Chancery litigators and national trial lawyers.
In reaffirming RAM’s top “Band 1” rating, Chambers recognized the firm as having “some of the most talented litigators and trial lawyers on a deep bench that surpasses peer firms” and as “aggressive but also conscientious, commercial and great at trial service.” Chambers also noted that clients and peers praised RAM for being “very smart, very hands-on,” and “always available,” and additionally lauded RAM for its “great judgment and fantastic knowledge of the intricacies of Delaware practice.”
