Chambers USA 2018 Ranks Firm Band 1 for Court of Chancery

Chambers USA 2018, America’s Leading Lawyers for Business has again recognized Ross Aronstam & Moritz LLP for its excellence in Court of Chancery litigation.  In awarding the firm a Band 1 ranking, Chambers recognized the firm's "superlative performance" and praised its "meticulous" written work.  Chambers also described the firm's lawyers as "extremely hard-working and great at client service," adding that "[t]hey are very responsive, have excellent judgment and will roll up their sleeves and do as much work as we need them to do."  Chambers noted that the firm is recognized for both its “strong track record in corporate and commercial disputes” and regular advisory work “with directors and special committees on associated corporate governance and transactional matters.”

Chambers also recognized several of the firm’s attorneys, noting that clients and peers commend:
