On May 1, 2024, Ross Aronstam & Moritz partners Brad Aronstam and Mike Sirkin presented at PLI’s Delaware Law Developments 2024: What All Business Lawyers Need to Know seminar in New York.

Brad, who served as Co-Chair of the program, led the "Delaware Updates” panel and discussed recent headline cases involving special litigation committee, controlling stockholder, and aiding and abetting litigation developments. 

Mike spoke on a panel called “The Continuing Caremark Saga,” which addressed recent cases involving oversight liability of officers and directors, with a particular focus on the timing and sequencing aspects of a Caremark case relative to the underlying litigation or regulatory investigation.
