Brad Aronstam Presents at ABA’s Business Law Spring Meeting

Brad Aronstam presented at the Spring Meeting of the ABA Section of Business Law an overview of a White Paper to be published by the ABA Corporate Governance Committee Task Force on the Changing Nature of the Relationship between Shareholders and Boards of Directors.  Brad served as Co-Vice Chair of the Task Force, which was established by the Corporate Governance Committee of the ABA’s Business Law Section and comprised of individuals representing a variety of constituencies, including shareholders, directors, academics and practitioners.  His presentation was made as the introduction to the April 18, 2009 panel discussion of the Report of the Task Force at the Spring Meeting of the ABA Section of Business Law in Vancouver, British Columbia.
