Brad Aronstam Presents Corporate Governance Report at ABA Annual Meeting

Brad Aronstam was appointed Co-Vice Chair of the ABA Task Force established in 2009 by the Corporate Governance Committee of the ABA’s Business Law Section to examine the delineation of governance roles and responsibilities of shareholders and directors in light of the then unraveling financial crisis.  On August 1, 2009, the Task Force delivered its report on the “Delineation of Governance Roles and Responsibilities” at the annual meeting of the American Bar Association held in Chicago.  The Task Force Report was subsequently delivered to Congress and the SEC and published in the November 2009 issue of the Business Lawyer.
