Haverhill Retirement System v. Kerley et al., C.A. No. 11149-VCL (Del. Ch. 2017)

Our firm served as lead counsel to a special litigation committee of the Providence Service Corporation board charged with investigating claims arising from a related party transaction between Providence and its largest stockholder, including claims against Providence’s directors, officers, and advisors.  In that capacity, RAM led an eight-month investigation which concluded with the Committee brokering an eight-figure global settlement.  In approving the settlement in September 2017, the Court of Chancery commended the Committee for its “constructive approach.”
