Overview

Marguerite (“Reity”) focuses her practice on corporate and complex commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery.  Reity served as a judicial law clerk to Vice Chancellor Lori Will on the Delaware Court of Chancery before joining the firm.  Before clerking, Reity practiced at Ballard Spahr LLP, where she represented corporate and individual clients in various regulatory matters and commercial disputes.  Reity began her legal career at Milbank LLP in New York City, where she primarily represented public companies, financial institutions, and asset management firms in government investigations.
