Overview
Benjamin focuses his practice on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery with an emphasis on corporate governance. He also represents committees of boards of directors in corporate investigations. Before joining the firm, Benjamin served as a law clerk for Vice Chancellor Lori W. Will of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
