Ross Aronstam wins precedent-setting decision on behalf of co-founder

Ross Aronstam & Moritz, together with Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP, successfully secured a post-trial decision from the Delaware Court of Chancery on behalf of a squeezed-out co-founder, securing the equitable remedy of a constructive trust that restored his equity interests that had been taken from him in the challenged transaction.
For their work, Ross Aronstam & Moritz and Gibson Dunn were recognized by The American Lawyer as runners-up in its “Litigators of the Week.”
