David Ross to speak on PLI panel concerning forum selection and fee shifting

On October 16, 2015, David Ross will participate in a panel discussion presented by the Practising Law Institute entitled August 2015 Amendments to the DGCL: Critical Changes Concerning Forum Selection and Fee Shifting Bylaws in Delaware. The panel will discuss the decisions which preceded the amendments, the legislative history of the amendments, the effect and limitations of the amendments, what the amendments mean for corporations going forward, and best practices for corporations considering forum selection and/or fee shifting.
