Court of Chancery Appoints Collins J. Seitz, Jr. as Special Master in Group 42, Inc. v. Paul Kesterton, C.A. No. 5906-VCL

The Honorable J. Travis Laster, Vice Chancellor of the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware, appointed Collins J. Seitz, Jr. as Special Master to supervise and make determinations with respect to payments from certain bank accounts at issue in Group 42, Inc., et al., v. Paul Kesterton, et al., C.A. No. 5906-VCL (Del. Ch.).

Mr. Seitz is frequently called upon by Delaware courts to assist in resolving complex disputes.  Most notably, the United States District Court for the District of Delaware appointed Mr. Seitz as Special Master for pre-trial proceedings in the largest securities class action filed in Delaware, In re DaimlerChrysler Securities Litigation.  Mr. Seitz previously served as one of four members of the District of Delaware’s panel of Special Masters selected by the District Court for intellectual property and complex commercial litigation pretrial proceedings.
