In re Gabapentin Patent Litigation, C.A. No. 00-2931 (D.N.J. 2011)

Prior to joining Ross Aronstam & Moritz, Ben Schladweiler, along with other attorneys from his former firm, represented Pfizer in a multi-billion dollar patent infringement action in the District of New Jersey concerning the blockbuster drug Neurontin®.  Ben was one of three trial attorneys representing Pfizer against three separate groups of defendants during the two week trial.  The case settled after two weeks of trial.
