Overview
William focuses his practice on corporate and complex commercial disputes arising in the Delaware courts or involving Delaware law. Before joining the firm, William served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Sheldon K. Rennie of the Delaware Superior Court Complex Commercial Litigation Division. He began his career as an associate at Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP. While in law school, William interned for Vice Chancellor Nathan A. Cook of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
