Overview

Kevin represents business entities, directors, officers, managers, and stakeholders in a variety of corporate and commercial disputes in the Delaware Court of Chancery, the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Delaware Superior Court, and the Delaware Supreme Court.  Prior to joining Ross Aronstam & Moritz LLP, Kevin served as law clerk for Chancellor Kathaleen St. Jude McCormick of the Delaware Court of Chancery and Judge Paul R. Wallace of the Delaware Superior Court, Complex Commercial Litigation Division.  Before entering the legal profession, Kevin was a policy advocate and lobbyist focusing on labor and tax issues.
