Ross Aronstam & Moritz, together with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, successfully represented the defendants in a lawsuit seeking to preliminarily enjoin the launch of Adrenaline Shoc, a new energy drink brand. After expedited proceedings, the Court of Chancery denied the plaintiff's motion for preliminary injunction.
