Elizabeth M. Taylor

Elizabeth focuses her practice primarily on corporate and complex commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery.  Before joining the firm, Elizabeth practiced as a corporate litigation associate at Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP where she represented directors, officers, corporations, stockholders, and alternative entities in litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court.  She has also represented committees of board of directors in various corporate investigations.
