Anthony M. Calvano

Anthony Calvano focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, including disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, corporate governance and control, stockholder derivative actions, fiduciary duties, appraisals, and claims arising from mergers and acquisitions in the Delaware Court of Chancery and Delaware Supreme Court.

Before joining the firm, Anthony practiced as a corporate litigation associate at Richards, Layton & Finger P.A., where he represented directors, corporations, stockholders, private equity funds, and alternative entities in litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, the Delaware Supreme Court, and federal courts.
