Overview

Thomas practices corporate and commercial litigation with experience in advancement and indemnification proceedings, books and records demands, a variety of breach of contract claims, and shareholder derivative litigation, including M&A litigation and Caremark claims.  Thomas also served last year as Guardian ad litem for four children in Delaware Family Court in a Protection from Abuse (PFA) proceeding. 

Thomas began his career as an Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia, working simultaneously in the appeals, trial, and post-conviction relief units.  In 2020, Thomas left his role as a prosecutor to practice civil litigation at Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, where he focused on adversary proceedings under the bankruptcy code and complex commercial litigation.
