Overview

Anthony Calvano focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, including disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, corporate governance and control, stockholder derivative actions, fiduciary duties, appraisals, and claims arising from mergers and acquisitions in Delaware’s state and federal courts, with an emphasis on cases in the Delaware Court of Chancery.

Before joining the firm, Anthony practiced as a corporate litigation associate at Richards, Layton & Finger P.A., where he represented directors, corporations, stockholders, private equity funds, and alternative entities in litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, the Delaware Supreme Court, and federal courts. Anthony also briefly left the firm to serve as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Vice Chancellor J. Travis Laster of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
