Ross Aronstam & Moritz Elects Three New Partners

Ross Aronstam & Moritz is pleased to announce the election of three new partners:

Reiko Rogozen:  Reiko, who clerked on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, represents business entities, directors, and officers in corporate and commercial litigation in the Court of Chancery and the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Superior Court.  Most recently, Reiko was an integral part of the trial team that achieve a complete victory in a $475 million jury trial arising from a busted deal.

Garrett Rice:  Garrett, who clerked on the Delaware Supreme Court, focuses his practice on corporate and commercial litigation in the Court of Chancery.  Garrett has also been involved in several high-profile appeals before the Delaware Supreme Court.  In both 2021 and 2022, Garrett was the only associate in the country recognized by The Legal 500 as a “Rising Star” in M&A defense litigation.

Roger Stronach:  Roger, who clerked on the Court of Chancery, focuses his practice on corporate and commercial disputes in the Court of Chancery, the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Superior Court, and the Delaware Supreme Court.  In addition, Roger advises corporate constituencies in a variety of transactional and adversarial contexts.  Roger has been recognized as a “Rising Star in Business Litigation” by Delaware Super Lawyers each of the last three years.
