Williamson v. Cox Communication, Inc., C.A. No. 1663-N (Del. Ch. 2007)
Ross Aronstam & Moritz attorneys, together with Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, represented a litigation trust in a Delaware Court of Chancery action suing Cox Communications, Inc., Comcast Corporation and others for breaches of fiduciary duty arising from Cox and Comcast’s role as controlling shareholders of the now defunct At Home Corporation. The Trust recovered $80 million from Cox and Comcast in mediation before Court of Chancery after defeating duel motions to dismiss.
