In re Loral Space & Communications, Inc., C.A. No. 2808-VCS (Del. Ch. 2008)

Prior to joining the firm, Eric Selden represented a class of shareholders of Loral Space & Communications, Inc. (“Loral”) in a successful challenge of an issuance by Loral of $300 million of convertible preferred securities to its controlling shareholder.  The Chancery Court’s opinion was affirmed after an appeal to the Delaware Supreme Court.
